We recommend scheduling a Home Inspection as soon as you have entered into escrow on the property.  This allows us to identify any potential issues early on and can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of the property.

If the Home Inspection reveals issues with the property, you can use this information to negotiate with the seller for either repairs or a price reduction. In some cases, you may choose to walk away from the purchase entirely.

The inspection includes the exterior and interior of the residence including the roof, attic, all rooms, basement, crawl space, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.  Built in swimming pool and jacuzzi are included.  Above ground swimming pool and/or jacuzzi are not inspected.  A detailed report with photos, provided to both you (the client) and buyer's agent,  will be provided within a few hours of the physical inspection.

Yes.  Infrared (IR) inspection with a thermal-imaging camera is a powerful and non-invasive means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of residential buildings.  Using the thermal-imaging camera helps identify problems are that are not typically visible.  The thermal-imaging camera is used in every inspection with no additional cost to the customer.
